Family Mediator Bettsie Wild

Bettsie Wild has worked in the legal field since 1989 and has been mediating custody and divorce cases since 2001. Bettsie received her education at the University of Alaska, Anchorage and later through the graduate program at the University of San Diego, specializing in civil litigation.
Bettsie received training as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Abused and Neglected Children and a Child Custody Investigator. She later completed comprehensive training as a divorce/custody mediator from the Mediation Training and Consultation Institute in Chicago. She is a member of ACR, a national association for conflict resolution and is a member of both the Alaska Collaborative Professionals and the International Association of Collaborative Professionals.
She is a trained facilitator for both "Children in the Middle" and "After the Storm" programs that provide support and skills for co-parenting and to children living the reality of divorce. Bettsie focuses her practice on helping to remember the kids and finding an outcome everyone can live with.
